What: Building a Strong Fibromyalgia Community - The Fibromyalgia Society of Ontario Provincial Conference and Annual General Meeting
When: August 14-17th, 2003
Where: Grenville Christian College in Brockville, Ontario, Canada
Purpose: Bringing together people with fibromyalgia, their families, friends, and treatment professionals to educate and empower.
Keynote speaker: Dr. Manfred Harth, St. Joseph's Health Care Center, London, Ontario, on "Fibromyalgia Syndrome: Biological, psychological, and social aspects."
Discussions include: Issues in disability, leadership in self-help and support groups, research indicatives.
Registration fee: $35 members, $50 non-members, $60 membership and registration combined. The registration fee is due at the time of registration, however, the amount for meals and accommodations is due by August 1st.
